A non-fictional character that Tracy and I both thought was interesting and pure Evil and fits with Halloween is Vlad the impaler. His story is where the evolution of Dracula and vampires came from. He would sit and eat meals while his opponents lie dead or dieing painfully on the end of large stakes.
